Dick Comar
Dick graduated from the University of Detroit with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He received his Master of Science in Biology from St. Mary's College, Winona, Minnesota and his MA Michigan State University in Educational Leadership.
Dick has taught science and math at the middle and high school level and health sciences at the college level. Part of his career has been coaching football at the college and professional level. Currently he is teaching math to 7th and 8th grade students at Burton International School in Detroit.
In his leisure time you may find him enjoying fishing, hunting, playing golf, gardening, landscaping and hang gliding.
Dick has served as a Summer Institute coordinator since the beginning of Summer Institute in Michigan in June 2002. The testimonials noted here is an indication of the quality workshops he provides for teachers. |
