Jennifer Manzo Bio

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Michigan State University. She has held various positions in the Midwest, specifically in the sport marketing field. Jennifer was the first female vice president of the NFL Detroit Lions and has also held positions in the NBA, International Hockey League, and the Mid-American Conference.

Recently, Jennifer was Director of Client Services for an advertising agency in which she specialized in event planning and event execution for Fortune 500 clients.

After seeing the positive impacts her father, Dick Comar, has made coordinating SI for educators in Okemos and Livonia, Jennifer, has started SI in Troy, a highly acclaimed school district, where teachers can have a week of low stress and fun filled learning at low cost while earning their Continuing Education credits. Jennifer resides in Troy, Michigan, with her husband Larry, and daughter and son; both of whom are Troy School District students. Jennifer also attended two years of secondary school in Canada during her high school years.

Jennifer is an avid runner and has completed 2 half-marathons and finished the 2009 Detroit Free Press full marathon. She currently works in the life and health insurance industry, also in Troy, Michigan.
