Hillary McClintick earned her Bachelors of Science degree with a major in
Journalism/communication studies and a minor in Mathematics, as well as her
Masters in Education from the University of Oregon. She is in her 5th year of
teaching at Cal Young Middle School in Eugene, Oregon.
In addition to teaching, Hillary coaches the 2008 State Championship Dance Team
at Sheldon High School in Eugene, Oregon, and she owns and runs her own private
dance studio from her home called The Next Step Dance Studio.
Hillary has been coordinating Summer Institute workshops since 2007. She has
been married to her husband Ryan for 7 years, and they just had their first
child this winter, a beautiful baby girl named Hallie.
