Mark Champoux - Kent Site Coordinator

Mark earned his bachelors degree from Washington State University, and his masters degree from Lesley University. He has been teaching in the Kent school district for over ten years.

In addition, Mark has been active outside the classroom as he has coached seven different sports. Basketball, golf and baseball have been the sports that he has devoted the most time to, having coached each one of those sports for over eight years.

Mark has also been involved with Link Crew and the Frisbee club. When he is not focused on teaching and coaching, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Monica and their two boys, Austin and Gracen.

Mark has been involved with Summer Institute in one form or another for over five years, and he became a site coordinator for the first time in 2008.
