The Summer Institute should be required for every teacher in need of a reminder of why he or she began teaching.

 

Every year I leave school thinking what I can do better for next September. The last two years, the Summer Institute has rejuvenated me and given me plenty ideas to implement in my classroom.

 

Great class-well organized and very inspiring

 

What a great way to kick off my summer! I spent a week listening to outstanding speakers who energized, affirmed and inspired us. Now I have time to reflect and prepare for another school great school year.

 

What a breath of “fresh air”! Inspirational, motivational, filled with lots of great ideas! Whole person approach mindful of the human person! Wonderful resources! Attitude is really everything!

 

I have learned more this one week than in all of the conferences I have attended over the last 10 years.

 

This Institute has wisdom of speakers, buffet of knowledge and refreshing strategies and applications that we all need as educators. The opportunity to balance time with required credits for certification is a desired result of this institute. One week perked with diverse and balance an educators needs in a relaxed setting far outweighs internet paper-pushing courses and overpriced semester college courses work to the working family orientated educator. This institute is a God send!

I feel fortunate to have attended the Summer Institute! All the speakers were very good and most were able to give me helpful strategies to fit my special education classroom. I’m so glad to have attended!

I have been recharged by Summer Institute’s “Progressive Teacher Course”! The speaker’s presentation have been inspiring and validating! I will recommend this program, without hesitation, to all my colleagues and friends.

 

A very informative and fast paced conference. Oodles of useful classroom tools to use immediately starting in the fall.

 

Finally, a class that encourages motivates and celebrates teachers! This is a fantastic way to begin summer as it inspires me to improve my lessons while also reminding me that I need to take care of my body and soul.

 

Thank you for providing stimulating speakers in a relaxed atmosphere. This is my third summer taking the course and each year I walk away with great ideas and a renewed spirit. Who could ask for more?

Another week of enlighten! A wonderful week to reflect on your own teaching practices and how you can improve them.

 

I enjoyed the connections I was able to make with the teachers. The atmosphere was relaxed and positive.

 

Education, wellness, relaxation, technology, friendship and networking is what Summer Institute is all about!

 

This class has invigorated me! I am excited to plan for the 2006-2007 school year. I walk away with a broad scope of knowledge in the current trends pushing education today. Each presenter shares valuable information or an inspirational message that speak to all levels of education.

 

I enjoyed this (class) so much that I’ve already put it on my calendar for next year.

 

I’d like to ditto the remark that this Summer Institute is the “Chicken Soup of the Soul” of teachers. Listen, learn, grow, and take useful information back to your classroom.

 

It is not often that I am looking forward to back to school one week after I just got out. However, the teachers and speakers at the Summer Institute are so motivational and inspirational, they make you want to go back and teach.

 

What an outstanding opportunity for educators! After taking Summer Institute for a second time I found it to be just as inspirational, informative and re-energizing. I am ready to put many new ideas into application.  This not only benefits me as an educator but my students as learners.

 

The Summer Institute brought a smile to my face every day. I can honestly say I am motivated to get back to school and get started.
