Welcome Exhibitors:
You are invited to exhibit at the Summer Institutes. With conference sites located across California, Michigan, Ohio, Washington and OregonOregon. Summer Institutes have been serving educators with quality professional development opportunities since the first conference in Montesano WA, in 1987. There are now Summer Institutes in eight Oregon cities and nine Washington cities as well as in California, Michigan and Ohio.
Conferences begin the week of June 20-24 with two Washington and three Oregon sites, and wrap up the first week of August with administrator and teacher conferences in Port Townsend. As an exhibitor, you have the option of displaying your materials for one day or an entire week in one or multiple sites. In addition, you can sponsor a Professional Learning Community.
Exhibitor Registration deadline is June 1, 2011 or until space is filled. We encourage you to reserve your space early.

Vendor Registration Information
Set up: 1pm - 6 pm the Sunday night before the institute attending
Booth: 2-6 foot tables for your display. You are invited to leave your materials for the week, so the educators can preview them during breaks. That means five full days where fifty to a hundred teachers/administrators have an extended period of time to review materials.
Exhibit hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p,m, Monday of the conference only
Materials may be left in display for the week and picked up on Friday afternoon
Breakdown: 5:30pm on Monday, or 4 pm on Friday
Exhibit opens: Monday 7:30am
Registration: Monday 7:30-9:00 am
Vendor Introductions: Monday 9:00 –9:30 am
Each exhibitor will be offered 5-7 minutes on the first day to introduce yourself and give an overview of your materials.
Cost: $350 per site. Register for 3 or more sites for a 20% discount (must register for all sites at same time.)
Your company will be linked to Summer Institute website as a partner in Education.
Unique Sponsorship: Sponsor a professional learning community. Have your materials reviewed by grade level/content area teachers during their professional learning group. You’ll be invited to meet with the teachers the last 10 minutes to answer questions pertaining to the materials. Cost: $150 per PLC sponsored. You must be a registered Vendor to also be a PLC sponsor. NOTE: If you are interetsed in being a PLC Sponsor, you must call the President of Summer Institutes, Scott Ricardo at 209 648-4054. Professional Learning Community Sessions: Monday afternoon and Friday afternoon
